Personal Life: As a retiree with over 40 years of experience in managing large scale projects, in addition to my time and commitment to serving my community, I have much to offer as North Penn continues to work to take on, manage, and plan for large scale initiatives. I may not have children currently in the district, but I have an active interest in ensuring that projects and efforts are implemented with fidelity and with the perspective and needs of all residents factored in.
Why am I running for School Board?
I was honored to be elected to the NPSB in 2019 and would like the opportunity to continue the work the existing board is presently doing. With my experience in the energy sector and management of complex projects, I believe I have the skills and experience that would be beneficial at a board level as we move forward with large projects. After the last three and half years on the board, I am keenly aware of the infrastructure work that is needed to move forward. I am committed to doing my best as a board member regarding maintenance of our existing assets in a safe and reliable manner, while also moving forward with any new projects with oversight of quality of work and financial responsibility. Additionally, most important, I want to be part of the team that is truly steadfast in their support and commitment to all our students. I want to do my part to help them feel safe and have the resources to achieve their goals.
